Traveling Teacher - Caron Carlson
Crazy Quilting got you stumped? Do you need a jump start on a great signature quilt? Does long arm quilting intrigue you?
Are you ready to learn something new?
Caron Carlson from Valley Quilts Studio will be our October traveling teacher. She will lecture at
the meeting on October 6 and teach two classes, one on Thursday, October 7 and the other on Friday,
October 8. You won’t want to miss any of her fun times with us.
At the October 6th meeting, Caron will give us a humorous
look at the relationship between a “topper” and her quilter in
her lecture “The Care and Feeding of a Long Arm Quilter.”
Her Crazy Quilt class on Thursday, October 7 will start us
down the road to an exciting President’s Challenge reveal as
she shares the scoop on crazy quilting.
Her Orange Peel signature quilt uses a set of templates.
She teaches this quilt as a perfect “take along” project. Join
in the fun on Friday, October 8.
The October meeting lecture is open to the public.
